Cancellation
You can cancel your registration for an open training free of charge up to six weeks before the training is due to start.
- If you cancel or postpone between six and two weeks before the training is due to start, we will charge 50% of the fee.
- If you cancel or postpone less than two weeks before the training is due to start, we will charge 100% of the fee.
- If the participant is not present on the first training day, we see this as a cancellation.
- When unable to attend, a participant may arrange someone to replace them.
Privacy Policy
Collection of Personal Data
If you use our services, such as following a training or receiving personal coaching, or you subscribe to our newsletter, then we will collect personal data. We need this personal data, which consists of your name and e-mail address, to provide our services. We retain this data in the data file of our mailing program. The data will be retained until you log off or request erasure of the data. We only retain data that you provide yourself. We also collect invoicing data (name, company name, address) from the party that pays for our service. The data will be retained in our accounting program until you log off or request erasure of the data.
Access, rectification or erasure of data
You have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data. If you wish to do so, please contact us via info@demonchyenbakker.nl. If you subscribe to the newsletter, you can unsubscribe via the link at the bottom of every newsletter.
If this does not work, or if you have other questions or comments about data processing, please send an e-mail to info@demonchyenbakker.nl. De Monchy & Bakker will respond as quickly as possible, but in any case within a week.
Data retention period
De Monchy & Bakker does not retain your personal data any longer than necessary.
Sharing data with third parties
De Monchy & Bakker does not sell your data to third parties, and will only share it where necessary in the context of implementing our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.
Data Protection
De Monchy & Bakker takes the protection of your data seriously, and takes appropriate measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised changes. If you believe that your data is not properly protected or you have indications of abuse, please contact us via info@demonchyenbakker.nl.
Right to lodge a complaint
If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
