That honesty creates space for learning. You shed light on what you found difficult and worked on it. For us, it is a reason to show our vulnerability more often. There is still so much to learn.
…that you are curious
You were open to listening. You empathized with your colleague who did not immediately see your plan. You tried to understand the objections. With determination and persistence, you delved deeper to craft a better story. Asking for help was not a weakness for you but a strength: together, you move forward.
…which question is crucial for success
Together, we worked on the new approach to presentations in your organization. Reports, notes, workflows… we honed them in detail.
We achieved wonderful results by repeatedly asking the same question: what is stopping you from applying what you have learned? We removed these barriers to pave your path to success.
…that you have courage
You dared to share your story with people you did not know before the training. You empowered storytellers by learning from their personal stories. And expressing that. And even when your employer exclaimed, “but that is not how we do things here!” you showed courage and perseverance.
